Improve your technique and strength within this course focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk plus Squats, Pulls and accessory movements. Max's Gym Coaches will give you the instruction you need to improve your weightlifting. Class space is limited.

Weightlifting Foundations

Weightlifting Foundations runs periodically as a 6-week course. If you’re new to any of the sports, this is a great place to start. We will teach you the basics of the Olympic lifts and improve your technique and strength in a small group setting class. This program is also great for coaches and trainers who want to learn a good system for teaching the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Space will be limited.

Youth Weightlifting Club is an ongoing program for kids ages 9 to 17 to learn the sport of Olympic-style weightlifting under the supervision of USAW certified coaches in a fun and safe environment.
